Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zodipost, a web-based tool for creating, editing, publishing, and analyzing original short-form videos.

Use of the service

You may use Zodipost to generate video concepts, edit video templates, render media, manage publishing workflows, and review performance metrics. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, or approve through the service.

User content

You keep ownership of content you provide to Zodipost. By using the service, you grant Zodipost the limited rights needed to host, process, render, transform, publish, and analyze that content for the features you request.

AI-generated content

Zodipost may use AI systems to help generate scripts, images, voiceover, captions, video assets, and recommendations. You must review generated content before publishing it and ensure that it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and suitable for the platform where it will appear.

Third-party platforms

If you connect a third-party platform such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or another service, you authorize Zodipost to use the relevant APIs only for the actions you request, such as showing connected account information, publishing approved content, or retrieving permitted analytics. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies.

TikTok publishing

Zodipost does not publish to TikTok without user approval. Before posting, users can review the video, edit the caption, select privacy settings, set interaction options, and confirm required disclosures. Users are responsible for complying with TikTok policies, including rules for commercial content, music usage, AI-generated content, spam, and platform integrity.

Prohibited use

You may not use Zodipost to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, adult, exploitative, spammy, or deceptive content. You may not use the service to manipulate engagement, impersonate others, bypass platform limits, or access accounts or data without authorization.

Availability

Zodipost depends on cloud infrastructure and third-party APIs. Features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued. We may update or suspend parts of the service to maintain reliability, security, or compliance.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. Zodipost does not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, that third-party platforms will accept or recommend a post, or that published content will receive views, engagement, revenue, or any other result.
