This Privacy Policy explains how Zodipost collects, uses, and protects information when you use our web-based content creation, publishing, and analytics tools.

Information we collect

We collect account and authentication information, content you upload or generate, editor settings, video templates, rendered media, publishing status, post URLs, and analytics entered by users or received from connected platforms. We may also process technical logs needed for security, debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Connected platform data

If you connect TikTok or another platform, Zodipost may process the account identity, authorization status, permitted post metadata, publishing status, and allowed analytics for that platform. For TikTok, this may include basic creator information, post IDs, share URLs, views, likes, comments, and shares when the connected account grants the required permissions.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, generate and render videos, save templates and settings, publish content at the user's request, show analytics, improve reliability, protect the service, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

AI and media providers

Zodipost may send prompts, media inputs, generated text, audio, images, or video assets to trusted AI, cloud, storage, and rendering providers only as needed to provide requested features. Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that host, secure, process, render, or analyze content for Zodipost; with connected platforms when users request publishing or analytics features; and when required to comply with law, safety, security, or platform policy obligations.

Tokens and secrets

OAuth tokens, API keys, and similar credentials are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed in client-side code or public database records. Users can revoke connected platform access through the relevant platform settings or by contacting us.

Retention

We keep content, templates, settings, post records, and analytics for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, satisfy operational requirements, or comply with applicable obligations. Users may request deletion where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Children

Zodipost is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by any connected platform they use.
